The end-to-end lifecycle — from distributor sale to verified installation — is managed through a structured, district-mapped process.
Super Admin oversees every stage, ensuring full visibility from sale upload to installation completion across all districts.

Distributor Sale Upload & Product Master
The distributor form is kept simple to save time. The product master is managed by Super Admin and drives the product dropdown for distributors.

Customer & Warranty Record
Once a sale is uploaded, a customer profile is created automatically. Warranty starts from the sale/invoice date.
Customer Details
Name, mobile, address, distributor details, serial number, and invoice copy — all stored in one profile.
Warranty Tracking
Sale date, warranty start and end dates calculated automatically. Full warranty lifecycle in one view.
Installation & Service
Installation status, technician details, installation photo, and future service history all linked to the customer record.

Super Admin maps agencies district-wise:

  • AB Corp: Bhandara, Yavatmal
Each agency manages only its own technicians and views only requests from assigned districts. Technicians see only jobs assigned to them.
SMS & OTP Verification
A secure, two-way verification ensures installation is confirmed only after the job is genuinely completed.
Technician Receives
Customer name, mobile number, address, and full product details via SMS upon assignment.
Customer Receives
Technician name, mobile number, and a unique OTP — shared only after installation is completed.
System Closes
Technician uploads installation photo, submits OTP. System verifies and marks installation as completed.
