The distributor form is kept simple to save time. The product master is managed by Super Admin and drives the product dropdown for distributors.

Once a sale is uploaded, a customer profile is created automatically. Warranty starts from the sale/invoice date.

Sale date, warranty start and end dates calculated automatically. Full warranty lifecycle in one view.
Installation & Service
Installation status, technician details, installation photo, and future service history all linked to the customer record.
