The end-to-end lifecycle — from distributor sale to verified installation — is managed through a structured, district-mapped process.
Super Admin oversees every stage, ensuring full visibility from sale upload to installation completion across all districts.
User Roles & Hierarchy
Each role has a defined scope — from manufacturer to field technician.

VDURA / Super Admin
Manufacturer. Full access to all modules: products, distributors, retailers, agencies, technicians, customers, warranty, sales team, orders, and reports.

Distributor / Stockist
Supplies stock to retailers. Manages stock distribution across assigned districts.

Retailer
Shop selling VDURA products to end customers. Uploads customer sale records, raises installation and service requests.

ASM (Area Sales Manager)
Region-wise sales oversight. Manages SOs in their region, views region-level reports and order approvals.

SO (Sales Officer)
District-wise field sales. Can only view assigned district distributors/stockists. Creates orders for assigned district only.

Installation & service partner. Mapped district-wise. Assigns technicians for installation and service jobs.

Retailer Sale Upload & Product Master
The retailer form is kept simple to save time. The product master is managed by Super Admin and drives the product dropdown for retailers.

Customer & Warranty Record
Once a sale is uploaded, a customer profile is created automatically. Warranty starts from the sale/invoice date.
Customer Details
Name, mobile, address, distributor details, serial number, and invoice copy — all stored in one profile.
Warranty Tracking
Sale date, warranty start and end dates calculated automatically. Full warranty lifecycle in one view.
Installation & Service
Installation status, technician details, installation photo, and future service history all linked to the customer record.

Each agency manages only its own technicians and views only requests from assigned districts. Technicians see only jobs assigned to them.
Service Request Module
Retailer or Super Admin can raise a service request for any registered customer. Completion requires OTP verification.
How to Raise a Service Request

Fetch Customer — Search by mobile number. Customer profile and purchased product auto-loaded.

Select Product — Confirm the product linked to the customer.

Upload Issue Image — Mandatory. Clear photo of the problem.

Submit Request — Request sent to Super Admin and mapped district agency.

Service Request Rules
Who Can Raise:
Retailer (for their customers) or Super Admin (for any customer)

Completion Rule:
⚠️ Service job closure requires OTP verification from customer — same as installation.
Routing:
Request auto-routed to Super Admin + district-mapped agency simultaneously.
Sales Team & Order Module
Super Admin manages ASMs and SOs. Orders are district-restricted and require Super Admin approval.
Sales Hierarchy Setup
Super Admin creates ASM — Assigned region-wise (e.g., Vidarbha, Marathwada, Pune Region)
ASM manages SOs — Each SO assigned to specific districts within the region
SO scope is locked — SO can only view distributors/stockists in their assigned district
SO cannot place orders outside assigned district

SMS & OTP Verification
A secure, two-way verification ensures installation is confirmed only after the job is genuinely completed.
Technician Receives
Customer name, mobile number, address, and full product details via SMS upon assignment.
Customer Receives
Technician name, mobile number, and a unique OTP — shared only after installation is completed.
System Closes
Technician uploads installation photo, submits OTP. System verifies and marks installation as completed.
